3. Refund Process
Step-by-Step Refund Procedure
- Submit written request: Email to accounts@lansmultimedia.org with:
- Full name and student ID
- Course details
- Reason for withdrawal
- Payment receipt copy
- Approval review: Processed within 5-7 business days
- Refund method: Original payment method preferred
- Processing time: 14-21 business days after approval
4. Special Circumstances
4.1 Medical Withdrawals
Requires official medical documentation. Refund amounts vary based on course completion:
- < 25% course completed: 50% refund
- 25-50% completed: 25% refund
- > 50% completed: No refund
4.2 Military Deployment
Full refund with official deployment orders, regardless of course progress.
5. Refund Exceptions
No refunds will be issued for:
- Completed courses or certifications
- Failure to meet course requirements
- Expulsion due to misconduct
- Change of personal circumstances
- Dissatisfaction with course content after 14 days
6. International Student Refunds
Additional considerations apply:
- Refunds processed in original currency
- Bank transfer fees deducted
- Exchange rate differences not covered
- Visa-related fees non-refundable
7. Dispute Resolution
