This Code of Conduct establishes the behavioral expectations for all students, staff, and visitors at Lans Multimedia Computer Training School, applicable to both our physical location at Felixco Refrigeration Works Room 1 and all online learning environments. Onsite Conduct (Felixco Refrigeration Works Room 1)
General Expectations
- Arrive punctually for all scheduled sessions
- Wear appropriate attire (business casual recommended)
- Display institutional ID badges at all times
- Maintain clean workspaces and proper equipment handling
Facility Usage
- Computer equipment must be used exclusively for coursework
- Food and drinks prohibited near workstations
- Personal devices may not interfere with learning activities
- Report equipment malfunctions immediately to instructors
Online Conduct
Virtual Classroom Standards
- Use professional display names (First Name + Last Initial)
- Keep cameras on during interactive sessions when possible
- Mute microphones when not speaking

- All communications must maintain academic professionalism
- Response time within 24 hours for course-related messages
- Institutional email accounts required for official correspondence

Prohibited Conduct
The following behaviors are strictly prohibited in both physical and digital environments:

- Property misuse: Tampering with equipment or unauthorized software installation

Consequences for Violations
Violations will be addressed through our progressive disciplinary framework:
